Preparing for your appointment

After your appointment with us has been assigned:

For the safety of everyone, please do not enter the pharmacy if you feel unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms. Current guidelines, which may change from time to time, indicate that It is important to space your COVID-19 vaccinations at least 2 weeks apart from all other vaccinations.

What to expect at your appointment:

  • You will be asked to roll up your sleeve. Please dress accordingly so we can access the better part of your shoulder for the injection.
  • Please arrive 1-2 minutes prior to your appointment, no sooner.
  • Enter the pharmacy with your face-covering in place.
  • Inside the pharmacy, use hand sanitizer at the front desk station.
  • One of our staff will take your temperature and take/check your forms and further direct you.
  • After your vaccination, you will be asked to stay at the pharmacy for a full *15 minutes (*30 minutes, if you have experienced ANY type of anaphylactic reaction in the past). You will be asked to check-in with a staff member prior to leaving the pharmacy so that we may document properly. Sanitize your hands on the way out.
  • We ask that you report any unusual reactions to the pharmacy or the health unit. Call 911 or seek medical attention immediately if needed.
